Shoe That Grows

The first product of a charity focused on "Practical Compassion"

Apr 1, 2016

Kenton Lee was working at an orphanage in Kenya when he noticed that many of the children were either going without shoes or wearing shoes that were too small. He began to think about creating a shoe for children in poverty—one that could grow while they did. Now it is not only a reality but you can contribute right now to help provide shoes for children all over the world.

What excites us so much about this project is that it started with a young man with an altruistic idea. So much good can come from one person who is motivated to serve others!

You can find out more about how you can help at these two websites: theshoethatgrows.org and becauseinternational.org.

This second video here explains the original idea before they received funding and distributed their first shipment.
